  1. I keep a compresive list of my daily list in my wallet of the prescriptions and the few over the counter items. It has the dosage, prescriber and their clinic’s name and telephone number. It is a 1 sheet of paper. If a legal person (police, sherrif) was to ask me if I’m on drugs I would get the list out. As a former scout I will answer what are those capusels you have in your pocket. For me I do care a generic Aleve and an capsule I have been directed to swallow after my dinner. I keep it to 1 page printed.
    I keep upgrading the list as needed and use and keep on a computer program on the desktop. I am a pc user and did buy a 2000 version of MS program Office in 2010 in 2010 for $2 at a thrift store.
