    Self-isolation is among the most effective measures of prevention. Experts advise people to avoid close contact with other individuals whenever possible. You might feel over stressed, but the safety of your family and the whole country depends on such preventive measures. Thus, it would be wise to limit your interaction with people other than your travel companions. Try to avoid receiving visitors at home. If you need food or other supplies, you can ask your friends, relatives or delivery drivers to drop them off in front of your door. If there are people in the house who haven’t traveled with you, it’s extremely important to minimize contact with them as much as you can. The safety recommendations suggest staying at least 2 meters away from them, especially in situations where the face-to-face contact lasts for more than 15 minutes.
