One of the things you should reconsider once you are 30 is the amount of sugar you are consuming. Eating too much sugar can have many negative impacts on your health. Excessive consumption of sugary foods and drinks can lead to blood sugar issues, weight gain, an increased risk of heart disease, and infertility, among other dangerous conditions. Statistics have shown that Americans consume 66 pounds of sugar per year. As we grow older the body metabolism slows down. As a consequence, all the body processes, starting from digesting to breathing, take longer to be done. The same goes for processing sugar. The body becomes unable to process big amounts of sugar, and store all those extra calories to your hips, and stomach. Keep in mind that all processed foods contain hidden sugar.
