For example, bread, pasta, chips, cookies, candy and ice cream are not the only carb-containing foods. Beans, though high in protein, contain a considerable dose of carbs. Fruits and veggies contain carbs as well.
The only foods that don’t contain carbs are meat (protein) and pure fats, including butter and oils (organic olive oil and coconut oil).
